Condition for returns

In order for the Product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 7 days
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in the original packaging.
  • You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following products cannot be returned

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet

the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, Products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Products

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Product to Us. You should send the Products to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Product or proof of received return delivery.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received  your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Product Exchange Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
